SteamLine Luggage is handcrafted with careful attention to detail, built to withstand the usual demands of modern day travel. However, we understand damages can happen so if you need a repair or would like us to refurbish your case to keep you traveling beautifully, please contact our customer experience team at hello@steamlineluggage.com.
Please include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone
- Details of damage (incl. photos or videos)
- Order number
If your suitcase is outside Warranty, we will get back to you by email to quote for repairs.
Lead time for repairs is 2-6 weeks
Shipping is a flat rate:
US: $30
UK: £20
ROW: $120
If you are sending back your case from outside the continental US
- Please mark as: “Repair purposes only. No commercial value.”
- Note that you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus any additional import duties that may occur.
Insurance & Airline Claims
If your case has been damaged by an airline and you wish to claim costs back on insurance, an official quotation can be sent to you upon request.
If you need spare parts, please contact hello@steamlineluggage.com with a description of your luggage and photos if possible. We will do our best to send replacement parts and assist where we can.
