Warranty

 

All of our luggage comes with a 2 year warranty, which is active from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials or craftsmanship only.

Outstanding Customer Experience: Regardless of your warranty period, we offer exceptional in-house after-sales service. Our customer experience team will be available to assist you with any repair queries or care advice regarding your luggage. What's Covered: During the warranty period, if your luggage exhibits a defect covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage: This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials or workmanship only.

Exclusions: Please note that the following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Wear and tear.
  • Scuffed paintwork or leather damage caused by:
    • Airlines.
    • Baggage handlers, TSA, or similar.
    • Damage caused by abuse or misuse.
    • Water damage (including storage in damp conditions).

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, SteamLine Luggage shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of your luggage.

**Airline damage is the responsibility of the airline company. Any damage caused by them should be reported to airline staff immediately to organise a claim. We will do our best to provide you with a proof of purchase to present for your claim and arrange a quote for repairs to file with insurance.
